Booking Conditions
Once we have verified table availability, you will be asked to provide a guarantee card via a secure link we will send you shortly.
Once your card details have been entered, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail and/or WhatsApp.
Should you wish to cancel your reservation, please do so by e-mail.
Guarantee Card and Cancellation
A guarantee card (Visa / Mastercard) is required for all reservations. No charge will be made to your card.
In the event of a no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of the reservation, a fee of € 80.00 per person will be charged.
Tables of 5 or More
To ensure the best possible service, tables of five or more guests are served with one of our tasting menus.
Reservations of 10 or More
For groups of ten or more, we are happy to offer our tasting journeys as well as bespoke menus created for the occasion.
These reservations are binding and non-modifiable, given the limited number of covers.
Allergies and Intolerances
Any modifications to tasting menus required due to allergies and/or intolerances must be communicated in advance at the time of booking.
Dress Code
Francesco does not impose a strict dress code. We kindly ask guests to avoid beachwear or overly casual sportswear, and request that gentlemen refrain from wearing flip-flops or open-toe shoes.
Children
Children are warmly welcome. If you require a pram space or a high chair, please let us know at the time of your reservation request.
Our chef is delighted to offer dedicated tasting journeys and à la carte dishes for children.
Guests with Disabilities
Guests with disabilities will encounter no architectural barriers when accessing the hotel, the restaurant tables (first dining room) or the facilities.
Dogs
Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted in the dining room, even small ones.

Celebration Cake
If you would like to bring a cake to mark a special occasion, you are most welcome to do so. A fee of € 15.00 per person will be applied.
The cake must be prepared by a licensed patisserie; you will be required to provide the fiscal receipt and the allergen list, as required by current regulations.
Alternatively, we can prepare a bespoke cake for you: in this case, advance payment is required.
Cork-Fee
Have you been waiting for the right moment to open a special bottle? We would be delighted to serve it in the appropriate glassware and decant it if needed.
Additional fee: € 30.00 per cork, per person.
If the label appears on our wine list, the listed price will apply with a 20% discount.
Special Events
For special services — Easter, Ferragosto, Christmas, New Year's Eve, tasting evenings and similar occasions — reservations are binding and non-modifiable.
A deposit and a guarantee card are required to confirm your booking.
In the event of cancellation or no-show, the full cost of the menu proposed for that date will be charged.
